A fun and meaningful week at Vineyard Artists to learn about music, art AND theater!
What will we be doing?
Music Class: music appreciation, young professional musicians special performance and master class, choir, musical activities
Theater Class: basic theater training, theatric activities, last day theater performance for friends and family (the play was written and direct by our special guest theater instructor)
Art Class: introduction to artists and masterpieces, watercolor, color pencil, acrylic, oil pastel, arts and crafts, hand made props and outdoor activities

Meet the teachers!

Boston University Master of Music in performance (scholarship); University of Toronto Bachelor in Music Performance; Studied with Toronto Symphony Orchestra principal horn Neil Deland and international renewed French horn soloist Eric Ruske; freelance actively in Toronto, Canada and Massachusetts; participated in several international Children Theater music production; participated in several international music festivals; years experience in piano and French horn studio teaching.

The City of Boston 2019 Fay Chandler Artist Award; San Francisco de Young Museum “New Generation” Advisory Committee member; has exhibited in Boston, San Francisco, and Taiwan, including de Young Museum; Asian Art Museum, San Francisco; San Francisco Art Institute; Boston Center for the Arts; MIT; has been the Art Director at Build-It-Yourself, an Ed-Tech company based on research conducted at the Lifelong Kindergarten (MIT Media Lab); has co-taught STEAM programs at Concord Academy, Piece and BBN

Theater writer; over 30 years of experience in writing, directing and acting in theater (including for children); currently working at IC Broadcasting as program producer and host in Hsinchu, Taiwan; three times nomination of the Golden Bell Awards; founded non-profit organization “Little Sun Children’s Play” in Hsinchu, Taiwan,completed over 20 plays, touring at the local elementary schools since 1997, performed for more than 300,000 people over 22 years.
